Two 7th grade Zenith students display their Passport to Reading brochures. Students enticed their classmates to read a book that they recently read by preparing a travel brochure.

U-32 seventh grade scientists just completed their annual elevation study which was their first major focus of study in science. Not only is the unit rich in science content, but it also requires the development of new relationships and teamwork in order to be successful. Many of the new seventh grade students from the five sending schools only knew a few of their classmates at the start of the school year. The investigation is structured so that students work together in order to complete their investigations.
U-32 is now using Tandem for Schools to manage all school calendars and events. It will be THE place for you to find all school event information. Information about U-32 events and activities will now be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our new on-line calendar system.
The program is incredibly user-friendly and allows users to completely customize the information they would like to receive. Once you get used to the system, you will find that it is easier to use and allows for greater filtering, searching and it is much easier to follow events on the calendar. Events can be requested by the public, and parents/guardians can 'subscribe' to calendar updates to follow specific group activities.
